7-Day Satisfaction Window

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. Contact us immediately if your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy.

If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or significantly different from its description, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or full refund. Please inspect your plant upon arrival and notify us within this timeframe if there are any concerns.

Eligible Return Conditions

Returns are accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The plant arrived with significant physical damage due to shipping
  • The plant shows clear signs of disease or pest infestation upon arrival
  • The plant received is substantially different from what was ordered
  • The plant arrived dead or dying despite proper packaging

We may request photos to assess the plant's condition and determine the best resolution.

Non-Returnable Circumstances

Due to the living nature of our products, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Plants that decline after delivery due to improper care or unsuitable environmental conditions
  • Natural variations in leaf color, size, or growth patterns that occur within normal plant characteristics
  • Minor cosmetic issues such as small blemishes or imperfections that don't affect plant health
  • Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery

Return Process

Provide your order number and clear photos showing the plant's condition and any issues. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return or arrange for a replacement shipment. In most cases, we do not require you to ship the plant back to us.

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been initiated. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a replacement plant at no additional cost. We will expedite the shipment of a new, healthy specimen to ensure you receive a plant that meets our quality standards. Replacement plants are subject to availability. If the exact variety is unavailable, we will offer a comparable alternative or issue a full refund.

Shipping Damage Claims

If your plant arrives with shipping-related damage, please document the condition with photographs before unpacking. Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged packaging and the plant. We work with our shipping partners to ensure plants arrive safely, and we will file any necessary claims on your behalf while ensuring you receive a replacement or refund promptly.
